Wednesday, April 12, 2006 ::: So what can happen in one day's time? Let's see. 1. The 'module' that we 'selected' to 'study', turned out to be something more like a side project that requires not much 'study', and of course it doesn't seem quite like a 'module' to us anymore. 2. which probably means the need to further find something to study on. 3.. Grey's Anatomy, the TV series, while not as good as House, is quite watchable. It's actually quite the opposite of House - House shows that doctors are quite professional (at times) and are quite smart (and isn't it funny that the smartest doctors on earth have to make the wrong diagnosis every time but you still think they're smart?), in Grey's Anatomy they actually show how fucked up doctors can actually be. 4.. Ice skating is fun, but it'd be more fun if I can do all the spins and backward glides instead of avoiding all the people who do that. People who find joy in intimidating all the pathetic ones who can only skate in the outer rink. Otherwise my feet hurt quite a bit because the shoes never really fit. And I noticed quite a lot of stares today. The kids are so funny because they're just so cocky. I'm amazed at their speed, and I like seeing them fall, then get up and they resume full speed again. 5. I 'might' be officially over McNuggets. And that is that. In music news - What, apparently Nelly Furtado's first single from upcoming album Loose is neither Maneater, nor Promiscuous Girl, but No Hay Igual? WTF? Don't know if it's true, but this cover looks rather legit, and if it's true then I'm afraid her album's going to bomb. Maneater is brilliant, Promiscuous Girl can be a huge club track, but No Hay Igual - which isn't that brilliant and which doesn't have the potential to be a huge club track - is now selected to be the single?
